Microfluidics Systems Group
Based on micro/nanofluidics, Lab-on-a-Chip, and micro/nano fabrication technologies, we focused on developing microfluidic systems to address the needs of the following fields: biofuels, environment, marine, and health. Our main research interests include:
1. Microfluidics-based high-throughput single-cell sorting and analysis platforms such as Raman activated cell sorting, droplet-based single-cell genomics and culture etc.
2. High-throughput screening and directed-evolution platforms for industrial enzymes, microorganisms and microalgae.
3. High-sensitivity optical and imaging technologies for the detection of food pathogens and environmental pollutants, as well as Point of Care technology.
